CHERYL JACOBS is a long time professional and local to the area. Cheryl graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. With the experience of teaching for many years and working in the real estate industry, she has consistently maintained the reputation of being service oriented and understanding. Cheryl has specialized in all different types of real estate sales. Some of her in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice and Fundamentals, Fair Housing, Agency Issues, Creative Financing, Legal Issues & Aspects, as well as, many in-house company training classes and more. Cheryl has a vast knowledge of many areas of real estate, including Foreclosure and Short Sales.
ANDREA JACOBS is an Administrative Manager to Cheryl Jacobs, and graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing. Andrea’s intense leadership in creating the top level marketing strategies focused on captivating and enhancing all Real Estate areas has lead to many successful and smooth transactions, within the Cheryl Jacobs Team. Andreas “behind the scene” focus in meeting the needs of all involved in the many Real Estate transactions adds to the force with Cheryl Jacobs, to form, The Cheryl Jacobs Team. Cheryl’s philosophy matched her own with a strong focus that the client’s best interest always comes first, and while buying or selling a home is a business transaction and is respected as such, respecting and advocating for people, our clients, is a number one goal. JENNIFER JACOBS is the Buyer Agent for The Cheryl Jacobs Team. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to transitioning her career to Real Estate, Jennifer managed multi-faceted business to business promotional projects as a Project Manager with a high level marketing firm in Philadelphia. Jennifer’s experience with managing both internal teams and external customers has helped her gain excellent communication, problem solving, management, and marketing skills. Jennifer joined The Cheryl Jacobs Team in 2014 as our Buyer Agent; representing our buyers and guiding them to their perfect home. Jennifer is an expert negotiator who works hard to ensure our clients achieve the best deal, all while providing an informative and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. There is nothing Jennifer loves more than to see the excitement from her buyers when they find that perfect house to turn into their home.
